1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery if the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return. Custom-made or personalized sofas are also non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process.

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items. Please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
